The Quai D’Orsay No. 54 is a Robusto Extra Vitola, measuring 135mm in length, with a 54 ring gauge.

Also In 2017, Habanos initiated a reinvention of the Quai D’Orsay brand by launching two new vitolas, the No. 50 & No. 54, with updated packaging and redesigned branded bands in an attempt to appeal to the current market favouring cigars thicker in size.

The No. 54 starts with a subtle palate, the cold draw had a sweet floral and cedar flavour, once lit we found soft pepper that mingled with a strong cedar note with a touch of sweetness. In the second third notes of toast and black pepper come through, and a creamy note develops and rounds out the smoke.
